Q: What are the HOA dues?
A: As of June 1st, 2017 HOA monthly dues are $385 per month.

Q: Are there rental restrictions?
A: No. However, non-resident owners are required to keep management abreast of tenant information, including copies of the lease. Owners are held responsible for rule compliance of their tenants and tenants' guests.
Q: Do units in the HOA qualify for FHA loans?
A: Check with the FHA for the answer to that. Currently, Contra Loma Estates has an owner occupancy of about 20%.
Q: Are there restrictions on Section 8/County Housing?
Q: Are there any other restrictions?
A: The HOA has a complete set of rules available from the home page. Among the rules to be aware of, are pet restrictions (permits required), private parking (permits required), and personal item storage restrictions in the common area and restricted use common areas. Restrictions are also in place for satellite dish installation on the building exteriors.
